Three Years Later.
Three years ago today, Eve Carson was murdered here in Chapel Hill. I write about this every year, I know. Eve loved UNC, loved Tar Heel basketball and loved Chapel Hill. In that respect, I think it's very appropriate that tonight is the long-awaited last rivalry game of the season between UNC and Duke. I think she'll be looking down, watching, the whole time.

And there is STILL is the belief that an angel was watching the game and they won....for themselves, for the people in Chapel Hill, and for Eve. G-d Bless her- no parent should ever lose their beautiful child.
