So, here I am, post-surgery. I am off all pain meds, but am still wondering what the heck I got myself into. I miss running and biking already. At a time when I am stressed with my work and my schoolwork, I could use that mode of stress relief now more than ever, and I don't have that. I am hoping to start swimming in a few weeks, which would help. But I am frustrated and I don't like feeling like an invalid; I like being independent and feel anything but right now. Here's hoping for a fast recovery.
